We loved our home in Calgary and were looking for something similar in Edmonton. While on a business trip to Calgary, he made the extra effort to view our current home to ensure he further understood what type of home we were looking for. After viewing homes with Bruce, he would ask good questions that helped him further understand what we were really looking for. Very quickly, almost every house he showed us ticked all the right boxes; it was then that we realized we had a choice, and just had to find the right home. Bruce was an excellent communicator and was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. We have not always experienced this with realtors in the past. Bruce did an excellent job in scheduling viewings that fit into our restricted schedule. He helped educate us on the priorities when buying a condo. As a result, when we bid on and purchased a condo, we knew exactly what we wanted and were very satisfied with the results.
