Bruce went above and beyond our expectations. He did an excellent job in asking the right questions so that he could understand our needs in a home. We loved our home in Calgary, and were looking for something similar in Edmonton. While on a business trip to Calgary, he made the extra effort to view our current home to ensure he further understood what type of a home we were looking for. After viewing homes with Bruce, he would ask good questions that helped him further understand what we were really looking for. Very quickly, almost every house he showed us ticked all the right boxes; it was then that we realized we had choice, and just had to find the right home.

Bruce was an excellent  communicator and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns. We have not always experienced this with realtors in the past. Bruce did an excellent job in scheduling viewings that fit into our restricted schedule. Never did we feel like Bruce was trying to pressure us into a house that he wanted to "sell" us, he was always trying to find the right house for our family. Our children have special needs, so our requirements are more complicated than for a typical family; this was never an issue for Bruce.

After a long search, and a lot of hard work and patience from Bruce, we found the ideal home that we could not be happier with. He was very helpful during the negotiation and closing process. Bruce Weiss is a true real estate professional, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.
